The WTO has invited Manobi to attend the Symposium on Telecommunications commemorating the 10th Anniversary of the Fourth Protocol to the GATS.
 
Daniel Annerose, the CEO of Manobi made a presentation on the benefits of a liberalized telecommunications market to agriculture, highlighted with some examples of e-agriculture projects conducted by the company in Africa. A video debate on impact of telecoms liberalization governments, consumers and businesses, and implications for development has been also organized by the WTO.
